To receive your GSA Committee Service Stipend, please follow the following steps to submit your required GSA Committee Report, due on or before the last day of the quarter following your term of service:
- Click on this link: 2012 GSA_Committee_Report_Sample 2012 and a new window containing a Word doc will appear.
- Using the menubar that appears at the top of the screen, select SAVE AS and save to your documents.
- Complete the form and save to your documents.
- Email your completed form as an attachment to the GSA VP of Committees & Planning, Dusty Hoesly, at gsavpcomplan.ucsb@gmail.com, as well as to Caitlin Rathe, GSA VP Budget & Finance, at gsavpbudget@gmail.com.
You should receive payment within three weeks of submission. Thank you for your service!
