The Graduate Students Association Lounge is exness open to any and all graduate students, or graduate student groups or organizations.  Amenities include a balcony, couches, tables, and a kitchen.  It’s the perfect place to study in peace and comfort!  

GSA Lounge Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10-5

2013-2014 Rental Availability:

The GSA Lounge is available for rent between 10 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday, except for Tuesday, which has restricted rental hours of 10 AM to 4 PM.  There are no evening rentals on Tuesday nights, no exceptions made.  Use of the GSA sound system requires advance notice and may require exness broker additional deposit.

2013-2014 Rental Fees:

Official graduate student organizations  may rent the lounge free of charge.  Otherwise, the fee is $50/quarter, with a $25 key deposit.

Reservation Request Info:

Requests are accepted by email only,  beginning Monday September 21, 2012. Lounge use is allocated on a first come, first serve basis, with priority being given to graduate students, graduate student groups and organizations.  To submit a lounge request, beginning on 9/23/2013, you should copy and paste the following 7 items below, complete exness sign up with your information, and email to

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Status as Undergrad or Graduate Student
  3. Organization name
  4. OSL account #
  5. Day requested
  6. Time of day requested
  7. # of guests expected

PLEASE READ – Important Information to Know Before Sending a Request:

Requests made prior to 9.23.2013 will be asked to resubmit at the designated time and will not be given priority over other requests made on 9.23.2013.  In order to qualify for the special “free” rate for graduate student organizations, you must submit proof of current OSL registration as an official graduate student organization.  Undergraduate groups with minimal graduate student members, or who are not registered with OSL as a graduate student organization do not qualify for the free rate.
