The lounge is open to any and all grad students. Amenities include a balcony, couches, tables, and a kitchen. It’s the perfect place to study in peace and comfort!

2011-2012 Rental Availability:
The GSA Lounge is available for rent between 10 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday, except for Tuesday, which has restricted rental hours of 10 AM to 5 PM. There are no evening rentals on Tuesday nights, no exceptions made. Use of the GSA sound system requires advance notice and may require additional deposit.
2011-2012 Rental Fees:
Please note that the GSA Rental Fees have changed for the 2011-12 year. Official graduate student organizations with a registered OSL account may rent the lounge free of charge. Otherwise, the fee is $50/quarter, with a $25 access card deposit.
Reservation Request Info:
Requests are accepted by email only, beginning Monday September 21, 2011. Lounge use is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. To submit a lounge request, beginning on 9/21/2011, you should copy and paste the following 7 items below, complete with your information, and email to GSAVPInternal@gmail.com:
- Your first and last name
- Status as Undergrad or Graduate Student
- Organization name
- OSL account #
- Day requested
- Time of day requested
- # of guests expected
PLEASE READ – Important Information to Know Before Sending a Request:
Requests made prior to 9.21.2011 will be asked to resubmit at the designated time and will not be given priority over other requests made on 9.21.2011. In order to qualify for the special “free” rate for graduate student organizations, you must submit proof of current OSL registration as an official graduate student organization. Undergraduate groups with minimal graduate student members, or who are not registered with OSL as a graduate student organization do not qualify for the free rate.
